We don't publish a price list, because a four-week decision audit and a six-month build aren't the same purchase. We scope your requirement first, then put a clear number in front of you. The investment tracks complexity, timeline, and how much your own team will carry.

How do we start - do you just quote a project?

We start with a conversation, not a quote. Most engagements open with a short assess phase that produces a strategy document and phased roadmap - useful to you whether or not you continue with us.

We already have a strategy - can you just execute?

Yes. Implementation projects run 3–6 months, hands-on with your team, with knowledge transfer and documentation so you own it afterwards.

What happens after deployment?

We don't disappear at go-live. Post-deployment optimisation, quarterly planning, and being your first call when things break are what the advisory retainer is for.
